Introductory Provisions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the company 4Cyber s.r.o., Company ID (IČO): 22094458, headquartered at Zelený pruh 95/97, Braník 140 00 Prague 4 (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and users (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) who use the e-learning platform available at https://4cybercity.cz.
1.2 The Customer means a legal or natural person entrepreneur who orders access to the training.

Description of the Service
2.1 The Provider operates an online platform for training in the field of cybersecurity.
2.2 The platform contains modules with educational content, tests, and certificates of completion.
2.3 Access is provided for the period agreed upon in the contract or order.

Order and Conclusion of Contract
3.1 Access to the platform can be ordered via web form or email.
3.2 The contract between the Provider and the Customer is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Provider.
3.3 The Provider reserves the right to refuse the order without giving a reason.

Price and Payment Terms
4.1 Service prices are quoted without VAT unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Payment is made by non-cash transfer to the Provider’s account or via a payment gateway.
4.3 Access to the platform is activated upon receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed.

User Account
5.1 Each user receives unique login credentials.
5.2 The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of login credentials.
5.3 Login credentials must not be shared among multiple persons unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property
6.1 All platform content is protected by copyright and trademarks and remains the property of the Provider or its partners.
6.2 Any copying, distribution, or modification of the content without prior consent of the Provider is prohibited.

Liability
7.1 The Provider is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the platform.
7.2 Access to the platform may be temporarily limited due to maintenance or technical issues.

Complaints
8.1 Complaints can be submitted in writing to the email address info@4cyber.cz.
8.2 Complaints will be handled within 14 days of receipt.

Personal Data Protection
9.1 The Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations and data protection principles.
9.2 The Customer agrees to the processing of data for the purpose of providing the service and issuing certificates.

Final Provisions
10.1 The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, with the current version always available on the website.
10.2 These Terms and Conditions come into effect on July 7, 2025.
