How is the price calculated?
The price is determined by the number of employees who will participate in the training.
The platform itself is not charged separately — the licensing model is designed to be simple and transparent.
What is included in the license price?
The license price includes full access to the 4CyberCity platform, educational content for employees and management, administrative overviews and reporting, a completion certificate with a QR code, ongoing content updates, and technical support.
How can I increase the number of licenses?
The administrator can increase the number of licenses at any time directly in the platform administration according to current needs.
The system processes the change automatically, the administrator receives confirmation of the successful addition of users, and the new licenses are subsequently automatically billed according to the applicable pricing.
Are there any additional charges during the year?
No. There are no hidden or additional fees for the platform, updates, or support.
The price is based exclusively on the number of active users and their annual licenses.
Is it possible to prepare a custom offer?
Yes. Based on the size of your organization and the required type of license, we will be happy to prepare an individual offer tailored to your needs.
How is the license renewed?
After one year, we will offer you a license renewal for the next period.
Upon renewal, you can keep the same number of licenses or increase the number according to your current needs.
