The price includes access to the 4CyberCity e-learning platform, training for both employees and management (according to the selected package), a completion certificate with a QR code, and administrator reports. FAQ
How is the price calculated?
You pay one annual license for the entire company. The price depends on the selected package, which determines the maximum number of employees (user accounts) who can take the training.
What if we need more accesses than our package allows?
In that case, you can simply upgrade to a higher package. Licenses are not billed individually – it is always one annual package for the entire company.
How does user replacement work within a package?
Each package has a set maximum number of people who can take the training. If an employee leaves, you can free up their spot and assign access to someone else.
What is not allowed: using one access sequentially for multiple people just to rotate everyone through a single license. Once access is revoked, the completion certificate is automatically invalidated, and all related data and metadata required for compliance are deactivated.
What is included in the package price?
Each package includes full access to the 4CyberCity e-learning platform, training for both employees and management, a completion certificate with a QR code, and administrator reports. The price also covers all content updates and technical support.
Are there any additional costs during the year?
No. The package price is annual and covers all services, updates, and support. You only pay extra if you upgrade to a higher package.
How is the license renewed?
After one year, you will be offered to renew the license for the next period. When renewing, you can keep the same package or switch to a higher or lower one according to your current needs.
