Physical Security and Crisis Management Specialist
Pavel is an exceptional expert and elite security specialist. He began his career as a soldier and special forces commander, participating in several demanding missions, including deployments in Afghanistan.
Building on this experience, Pavel now focuses on physical security audits and assessments, risk analysis, and penetration testing in the civilian sector. He designs and manages the implementation of comprehensive security systems — from CCTV and access control to detection technologies, perimeter protection, and biometric identification.
He also conducts employee training, especially in emergency and crisis management, and assists in developing security and crisis plans and strategies.
His responsibilities include overseeing personnel security, including recruitment, training, and supervision of security staff.
Pavel holds a “Secret” level security clearance issued by the National Security Authority, enabling him to work on the most sensitive and highly secured projects.
